Lead the full lifecycle of pharmacy-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with pharmacy leadership, operations, IT, finance, and other departments to achieve project goals Serve as a liaison between pharmacy teams and organizational leadership Facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate project progress clearly Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiencies across pharmacy services Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives Assist with project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management Track project performance metrics and maintain accurate project documentation Support compliance efforts, including tracking licenses, permits, and audit readiness activities Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence within pharmacy services Perform other duties as assigned What Sets BRG Apart At Baton Rouge General, we are a community of compassionate, caring professionals committed to excellence. Experience Requirements Required:
3-5 years of project management experience Experience managing projects with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables required Preferred:
Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy-related environment Education Requirements Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field Certifications (Preferred) Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar Safety & Compliance Expectations Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations related to patient, financial, and organizational data Follows all safety practices including PPE usage, infection control, incident reporting, and environment of care standards Promotes patient and employee safety in all aspects of work
