Health Systems Director Pharmacy / Healthcare

Overview Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a recognized leader in institutional pharmacy services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Health Systems Director to lead the Massachusetts State Office for Pharmacy Services (SOPS) contract. This executive leadership role is responsible for overall contract performance, operational excellence, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance across a complex, high-volume healthcare environment. The Health Systems Director will foster a culture of operational excellence and optimal patient care while developing, mentoring, and aligning a high-performing leadership team. Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure full contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance across all pharmacy operations
• Provide executive oversight of all SOPS pharmacy services
• Serve as the primary liaison to SOPS leadership
• Develop and execute a strategic vision aligned with SOPS priorities
• Lead KPI management and reporting
• Provide executive oversight and co-lead the weekly Correct Rx scorecard meeting alongside the Program Operations Manager and Clinical Services Director, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance tracking
• Establish a culture of operational excellence and patient safety
• Oversee financial performance and cost containment
• Ensure staffing alignment and operational readiness
• Oversee policies and governance structures
• Drive data analytics and process improvement
• Ensure readiness for audits and inspections
• Develop and mentor leadership team members Education & Credentials
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active pharmacist license preferred or ability to obtain in Massachusetts
• Board certifications are preferred

Pay:

From $160,000.00 per year
