What you'll be doing Taking full operational and clinical oversight of a senior-level pharmacy operation, with real autonomy to lead. Driving compliance, safety, and quality standards across a regulated operation. Building and developing a strong pharmacy team — mentoring, hiring, and shaping culture from the top. Partnering with senior leadership on strategy as the business continues to grow across the region. Maintaining the highest standards in a complex, specialty pharmacy environment. The business A not-for-profit pharmacy collaborative that has served communities across northern New England for over three decades. They specialize in home infusion and specialty pharmacy; nutritional, anti-infective, chemotherapy, pain management. Recently relocated to a brand-new, purpose-built pharmacy facility

  • $170,000 per year, depending on experience Monday to Friday schedule
