We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Pinconning, MI. The ideal candidate will provide expert pharmaceutical care, ensure safe and effective medication usage, and work closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and medication counseling Review medication regimens and identify drug interactions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Oversee pharmacy operations, inventory, and medication dispensing Support community health and wellness initiativesQualifications:
Active Michigan Pharmacist License Pharm.D. Degree Required Minimum 2 Years of Pharmacist Experience Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management Excellent communication and patient care skills Retail or Clinical Pharmacy experience preferred
