Job Description

Position Summary:
- This role isResponsible to maintain and update the Pharmacy enterprise system and provide system support to Company pharmacy associates\. Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training materials to ensure consistent training practices\. Train new and/or existing Pharmacy associates as necessary\.
- Here's what you'll do:
- + Provide user support for retail and corporate pharmacy associates on the Enterprise Pharmacy system\.
- Maintain and update Pharmacy enterprise system changes and perform user acceptance testing for upgrades/changes\.
- Perform system updates such as product and supplier additions, product transfers, patient and prescriber profile updates, etc\. as required\. + Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed\.
- Here's what you'll need:
- + High School Diploma \(Required\) or GED required\.

- solving skills\. + Ability to train new and existing personnelin the pharmacysystem\. + Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word\. + Ability to travel between 5 and 10% to retail/pharmacy locations\. + Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs to include weekends, evenings and overtime as required\.
