• Position Summary:

• This role isResponsible to maintain and update the Pharmacy enterprise system and provide system support to Company pharmacy associates\. Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training materials to ensure consistent training practices\. Train new and/or existing Pharmacy associates as necessary\.
• Here's what you'll do:
• + Provide user support for retail and corporate pharmacy associates on the Enterprise Pharmacy system\.

+ Resolve issues and answer questions related to system operations, insurance billing and switch overrides\. + Schedule and conduct training for new and/or existing users on the features and operation of the Pharmacy enterprise system\. + Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness and identify areas of concern based on user issues/trends and develop training materials to address such\. + Develop, update and/or maintain Pharmacy system training manuals, guides and course materials for consistent training practices\. Work with technical support to ensure training documents reflect current product features\. + Provide applications support to include:

• Maintain and update Pharmacy enterprise system changes and perform user acceptance testing for upgrades/changes\.
• Perform system updates such as product and supplier additions, product transfers, patient and prescriber profile updates, etc\. as required\. + Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed\.
• Here's what you'll need:
• + High School Diploma \(Required\) or GED required\.

+ College degree or college course preferred\. + Certified Pharmacy Technician \(Required\)\. + Experience with EnterpriseRx Pharmacy Management required\. + Five years retail pharmacy technician experience\. + One year customer service, help desk or related support role preferred\. + Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and pharmacy regulations and guidelines\. + Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills\. + Good multi

• solving skills\. + Ability to train new and existing personnelin the pharmacysystem\. + Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word\. + Ability to travel between 5 and 10% to retail/pharmacy locations\. + Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs to include weekends, evenings and overtime as required\.
