Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Per Diem A specialty pharmacy is seeking Per Diem Pharmacists to provide professional pharmacy services across multiple locations on May 14th and May 15th. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings while supporting patient health and safety.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within retail and long-term care environments Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence Administer immunizations according to certification and protocol Conduct medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with healthcare providers to address patient needs and concerns

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred; MTM certification is a plus Current Immunization Certification and CPR Certification required Experience with retail or long-term care pharmacy practices Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently across diverse pharmacy settings

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm This per diem opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to apply your pharmacy skills in a specialty pharmacy setting serving various communities.
