Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking a dedicated pharmacist for a contract position lasting 13+ weeks. This role focuses on long-term care pharmacy duties within a busy pharmacy setting committed to patient health and wellness.

Monday to
Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some weekend shifts required
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and dispense medications accurately for long-term care patients Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients and healthcare providers Support immunization programs and administer vaccines as needed Participate in medication therapy management (MTM) Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols
Desired Qualifications:
PharmD degree preferred Immunization Certification CPR Certification Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy practice Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
