Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM during assignment days

Responsibilities Include:

Managing prescription dispensing and verification in a retail pharmacy setting Providing medication therapy management and counseling to patients Supporting long-term care pharmacy services Administering immunizations as required Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist with readiness to work at multiple sites Immunization certification and current CPR certification PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Strong communication skills and clinical knowledge This per diem role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in diverse community settings.
