You will be responsible for providing expert long-term care and retail pharmacy duties including medication dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers Conduct immunizations in accordance with state regulations Support medication therapy management (MTM) and long-term care needs Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and standards Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

PharmD degree preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification preferred MTM certification is a plus Retail and long-term care pharmacy experience This role offers a great chance to work in a specialty pharmacy setting with a flexible per diem schedule.
