Walker, MN — May 14th & 15th Sandstone, MN — May 14th & 15th Warroad, MN — May 14th & 15th Wells, MN — May 14th & 15th

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately for long-term care and retail patients Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management (MTM) Administer immunizations as required Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and quality standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD preferred) with current immunization and CPR certifications Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings Strong knowledge of medication therapy management practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to different pharmacy environments and work efficiently on a per diem basis Per Diem details provide flexibility for pharmacists looking to support multiple sites on select dates.
