Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately in both retail and long-term care settings Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage and safety Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Pharmacist license Recent experience as a Pharmacist in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice standards and regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Walker, Minnesota Schedule:
