• Retail Job Type Per Diem This opportunity is available for Per Diem Pharmacists to support specialty pharmacy operations across multiple locations on May 14th and 15th.

Pharmacists will provide expert care and service in retail and long-term care settings, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through precise medication dispensing and patient counseling.

Walker, MN

• May 14 & 15 Sandstone, MN
• May 14 & 15 Warroad, MN
• May 14 & 15 Wells, MN
• May 14 & 15

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30

PM Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a retail and long-term care setting Provide patient counseling on medication usage and potential side effects Administer immunizations as needed Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies Utilize clinical knowledge to support medication therapy management (MTM)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with active certification Immunization certification required CPR certification preferred Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or MTM certification is highly desirable Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments Per Diem positions like this offer flexibility and the chance to impact patient care across various communities.
