Cosentino's Price Chopper in Belton, MO, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Pharmacist (RPh) to lead our pharmacy as Pharmacist In Charge/Pharmacy Manager. This full-time position requires a leader with strong pharmacy operations and management skills, a commitment to patient care, and a dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensation, medication therapy management, and ensuring quality assurance. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be currently licensed, in good standing in the State of Missouri. Oversee all pharmacy operations, including inventory management and auditing processes. Ensure accurate and efficient medication dispensation, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines. Provide medication therapy management services, including patient education and counseling. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards. Manage pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership. Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Handle medical prescriptions and resolve any issues related to them. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in the state of Missouri. Thorough knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical prescriptions. Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication dispensation processes. Working knowledge of inventory management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership and management abilities. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
