Hire Location:
Bozeman, MT (On‑Site)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm; Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Contract‑to‑Hire Job Summary We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations within a behavioral health clinic setting. This role combines clinical expertise, operational leadership, and relationship‑building to support consumers with complex health needs. The Pharmacy Manager oversees pharmacy services, ensures regulatory compliance, drives financial performance, and develops a high‑performing team. After a successful 3‑month contract period, this position is intended to convert to full‑time employment. Core Responsibilities Build strong, trust‑based relationships with consumers, clinic partners, and community stakeholders. Serve as a clinical expert and collaborate with care teams to support positive clinical outcomes. Counsel and educate patients on medication use, side effects, schedules, and treatment adherence. Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, policies, and standards. Provide wellness services including immunizations, flu shots, and preventive care. Oversee financial performance and identify opportunities to grow pharmacy services. Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a compassionate, values‑driven team culture aligned with Genoa's mission. Review key performance indicators and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Lead workforce and business planning to maintain operational excellence. Support marketing efforts and promote pharmacy offerings within the community. Job Duties Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, workflow, and quality assurance. Provide one‑on‑one patient support in a behavioral health environment. Act as a talent steward by identifying and attracting top pharmacy talent. Partner with clinic leadership to ensure coordinated care and seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance reporting. Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Active pharmacist license in the state of Montana. Certified immunizer or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months of hire. Willingness to administer long‑acting injectables (LAIs). Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of pharmacy leadership or management experience. Experience working in behavioral health or community‑based care settings. Compensation & Benefits (Upon Conversion) Salary range upon full‑time hire: $112,700 - $193,200 annually , depending on experience, education, and market factors. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, equity purchase programs, and incentive/recognition programs (subject to eligibility). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bozeman, MT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
