Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver safe and effective medication care. Maintain a collaborative team environment, promoting strong working relationships across all staff members.

Qualifications:

Current and valid North Carolina pharmacy license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an infusion pharmacy setting. Prior management experience in an infusion pharmacy highly preferred. Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role offers the chance to lead a new pharmacy site serving ambulatory infusion patients and supporting home infusion services.
