PCAB Accredited Non-Sterile Complex Compounding - A growing, high-value service line that offers tailored solutions for patients and providers. Ideal Candidates Have:

8+ years of retail pharmacy experience , ideally in an independent setting . Proven leadership experience and a strong ability to manage and mentor a team. Experience with or a passion for non-sterile compounding and a desire to expand this service line. A commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience and building strong provider relationships. A profitability and business growth mindset , with an understanding of financial drivers in pharmacy operations. The ability to supervise, mentor, and empower pharmacy techs and staff. A strong interest in functional health and wellness A willingness to learn and utilize technology to work harder not smarter (we use PioneerRx )
