Short Description The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines Experience Required Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) PGY2 required in specialty or equivalent clinically relevant experience PGY1 required Education Requirements Doctorate Degree License/Certification Requirements New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months) Postgraduate (PGY2) residency in required specialty Board certification (or eligible) if applicable Salary Min ($) USD $58.00 Salary Max ($) USD $98.00
