Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire Lead the pharmacy operations at a specialized critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU care for chronic, critically ill patients. This full-time Director of Pharmacy position based in Willingboro, NJ, offers an opportunity to influence patient outcomes by overseeing clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial functions of the hospital pharmacy.

$130,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)

Direct Hire Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and management of pharmacy services Collaborate closely with the CEO and clinical teams to ensure integrated patient care Oversee staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance Drive innovative pharmacy practices aligned with patient-centered care values Uphold a culture that emphasizes trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure Minimum of 3 years hospital experience within the last 5 years Current state pharmacy license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if required
Preferred:
PharmD or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency At least 1 year in a managerial role preferred Board Certification and/or residency completion highly desired
