Job Description

Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire Lead pharmacy services as the Director of Pharmacy at a premier 69-bed critical illness recovery hospital in Willingboro, NJ, dedicated to inpatient post-ICU care for chronic, critically ill patients. This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial management of the hospital pharmacy Collaborate closely with the CEO and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care Implement and promote pharmacy services aligned with the facility's patient-centered culture and operational goals Lead staff development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Qualifications:
Successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure Current pharmacy license in New Jersey Minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacy experience within the past five years BLS certification if required by state regulations
Preferred Experience:
PharmD or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or hospital pharmacy residency completion One year in a managerial role preferred Board Certification and/or residency experience is a plus
