Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A growing healthcare organization is launching a new outpatient pharmacy in Newark, NJ, and is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the team. This community-focused pharmacy will serve a diverse patient population, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment. The pharmacy is expected to open in August, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the operation from the ground up.

Saturday Day Shift Hours Full-Time Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription information Support inventory management and medication ordering Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician registration/license Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience PTCB Certification preferred but not required Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Experience with pharmacy management systems such as PrimeRx or MicroMerchant is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Why This Role?
