Monday through Saturday Day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Saturday-only candidates encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions while ensuring patient safety Provide thorough medication counseling and education to patients Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes Manage prescription processing and resolve insurance and medication access challenges Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations Support pharmacy workflow, quality improvement initiatives, and patient care programs Foster a positive, patient-centered pharmacy experience within the community

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active New Jersey Pharmacist License required 1-2+ years of experience in community, retail, ambulatory care, or outpatient pharmacy settings Preferred experience in community health, 340B programs, or serving underserved populations Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred Familiarity with PrimeRx, MicroMerchant, or comparable pharmacy systems a plus Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient care focus
