Provides oversight of specialty pharmacy operations and the Specialty Access Team, ensuring seamless patients onboarding, efficient therapy access, and exceptional service delivery Develop and implement scalable processes to support growth and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in related field 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, or hub services Experience managing national or multi-site operations preferred.
