The role requires flexibility to start at either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position uses the Pioneer pharmacy system and involves managing a busy pharmacy processing approximately 600 prescriptions per day.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Delivering excellent customer service and patient counseling Verifying USP 800 Non-Sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding required) Maintaining accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced retail environment Desired qualifications and experience: Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is beneficial Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy setting is a strong plus Open to new graduates eager to develop retail pharmacy skills This contract offers competitive compensation in line with industry standards, with an attractive internal pay scale upon permanent hire.
