Compensation :
$160,000 - $185,000 (DOE) Eligible for 20%Annual Bonus Schedule:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolutionQualifications:
