Job Description

Pharmacy Director - Reno, NV A leadership role with real impact , this position puts you at the center of a rapidly growing pharmacy operation where your expertise will shape culture, elevate performance, and drive operational transformation. Compensation :
$160,000 - $185,000 (DOE) Eligible for 20%

Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
