PM Key Responsibilities:

Assume full responsibility as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with Nevada Board of Pharmacy regulations. Manage pharmacy operations including prescription review, dispensing, and overseeing staff activities. Work closely with an experienced pharmacy technician team to maintain workflow and customer service standards. Address any operational issues promptly to maintain a high level of pharmacy safety and accuracy. Maintain documentation and reports required by regulatory bodies.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Nevada Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary actions. Prior experience serving as Pharmacist in Charge, particularly in retail pharmacy settings. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage daily pharmacy operations effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals.
