Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Contract Seeking two skilled retail pharmacists to support a busy community pharmacy in Upstate New York. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and offers a 13-week assignment with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide professional counseling to patients regarding medication usage and side effects Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control Maintain thorough documentation and ensure proper inventory management
Qualifications and Experience:
Active New York State pharmacist license required Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills necessary Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently

Johnson City, NY (Upstate New York region)
