This is an excellent opportunity for an established pharmacy leader who is passionate about building efficient workflows, maintaining compliance, developing staff, and driving operational excellence. We are looking for someone who is currently serving as a Pharmacy Manager or has significant lead pharmacy technician or pharmacy operations leadership experience and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations across multiple pharmacies. What You'll Do Oversee daily pharmacy operations across our NYC, Elmsford, and New Jersey locations. Lead and support pharmacy staff while maintaining high operational standards. Develop, implement, and improve workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and third-party regulations. Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory requirements, audits, inspections, and credentialing. Prepare for and manage PBM, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and insurance audits. Monitor pharmacy performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient service. Work closely with ownership to implement operational improvements and support company growth. Coordinate staff training and ensure consistent adherence to company policies. Maintain pharmacy licenses, registrations, and required compliance documentation. Assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and operational reporting. Support inventory management, controlled substance compliance, and documentation standards. Serve as a resource for pharmacy staff regarding operational and compliance questions. Qualifications Current or previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred. Strong pharmacy leadership or Lead Pharmacy Technician experience will also be considered. Multi-location management experience is a plus. Thorough understanding of pharmacy operations, compliance, and documentation requirements. Experience with PBM audits, regulatory inspections, and quality assurance. Knowledge of HIPAA, DEA, CMS, FDA, state pharmacy regulations, and third-party billing. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with PrimeRx is highly preferred.
