Job Description

TITLE:
Pharmacist/ Retail / Outpatient
LOCATION
Centerburg, Ohio Here is an exciting opportunity to become a Retail Pharmacist at a leading hospital in Centerburg, Ohio. This hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and is seeking individuals who share their commitment to excellence. Qualifications:
Must have a degree from an accredited pharmacy college or university, bachelor's degree or PharmD required Licensed Pharmacist registered with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Immunization Certification required or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire Experience with 340B program preferred
Hours and Compensation:
Full-time position with day shifts. Working 9-hour shifts with one weekend shift rotation between two pharmacy locations. Typically required to work one weekend a month. Open on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve with shortened hours. Closed on other holidays. Operating hours are 9-6 Monday-Friday and 9-4 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. Must work at the Outpatient pharmacy on rotating weekends with hours from 9-6 on Saturdays and 9-4 on Sundays. Compensation range is between $48/hr ($100,000) - $68/hr ($141,440) based on experience, full benefits package included.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in compliance with state and federal laws Offer clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient medication delivery for all customers Deliver retail pharmacy services such as immunizations, patient consultations, specialty medications, medication therapy management, and meds 2 beds Understand the pharmaceutical care needs of various patient populations, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
