This hospital specializes in providing world-class inpatient post-ICU care for chronic, critically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery. Direct Hire Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial management of the hospital pharmacy Collaborate closely with the CEO and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality pharmacy services Oversee pharmacy processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to support patient care and operational efficiency Manage pharmacy staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Drive initiatives that promote improvement and innovation in pharmacy services
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of all educational requirements for state licensure Minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacy experience within the last five (5) years Current state pharmacy license and BLS certification if required by the state
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency Minimum of one (1) year managerial experience in a healthcare setting Board Certification and/or completion of a residency program preferred This director-level role is ideal for a pharmacy leader seeking to make a meaningful impact in a specialized, patient-focused environment.
