Job Description

Community Health Services | Monday-Friday Community Health Services is seeking a seasoned Director of Pharmacy who can step in, lead decisively, and elevate pharmacy operations to the next level. This is not an entry-level leadership role—we are looking for an experienced professional who understands the demands of a busy environment and thrives on accountability, efficiency, and results.
What this role includes:
$155,000 Salary + Exceptional Benefits Package No weekends & 11 paid holidays High-impact leadership role with autonomy and visibility Opportunity to drive 340B optimization, operational excellence, and team performance Work in a mission-driven FQHC making a direct difference in underserved communities What You'll Own This role is responsible for total pharmacy operations—from workflow to compliance to team performance.
You will:
Lead daily operations of a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy with confidence and precision Provide direct oversight, coaching, and accountability for pharmacy staff Ensure flawless execution of dispensing, inventory management, and workflow efficiency Meet performance and compliance under the 340B program Maintain strict adherence to state, federal, and regulatory standards Partner closely with providers and leadership to strengthen integrated patient care delivery Set the tone for a high-performing, patient-focused pharmacy team Who We're Looking For We're targeting candidates who bring real leadership experience: PharmD required with active, unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license Demonstrated success leading pharmacy operations, ideally in an outpatient or high-volume setting Knowledge of 340B Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and improve operations Confident communicator who can lead staff while collaborating effectively across departments Immunization certification and current
BLS/CPR Preferred:
