Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire This direct hire opportunity seeks a skilled Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations and clinical services for safe, home-based intravenous therapies in Grove City, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing pharmacy staff, with a deep focus on training and orientation, and a strong background in home infusion pharmacy settings. Retail or community pharmacy experience will not be considered.
Location:
Grove City, OH Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule flexibility required Administrative on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control Lead and develop pharmacy personnel, managing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including State Board of Pharmacy standards and USP compounding requirements Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to improve patient care Drive branch profitability through involvement in budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience within a home infusion or acute care environment In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation processes Proven leadership skills managing a clinical pharmacy team Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems highly preferred This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
