Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week, contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a team environment with five technicians and two pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription order entry using Prime RX software. Handle an average daily inbound prescription volume of 200-300. Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience. Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician license. Experience with Prime RX is a plus.
