Responsibilities:

Lead all clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial functions of the hospital pharmacy. Collaborate closely with the CEO and multidisciplinary clinical teams to optimize pharmacy services. Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of patient care. Develop and implement pharmacy policies, manage budgets, and oversee inventory control. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy department.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of all educational requirements mandated for state licensure. Minimum of three years of recent hospital experience within the last five years. Current state pharmacy license and BLS certification if required by the state.

Preferred:

PharmD or BS Pharmacy with an advanced degree or hospital pharmacy residency completion. At least one year in a pharmacy managerial role is preferred. Board Certification and/or completion of residency program are advantageous.
