Full Job Description Position Summary:
GenScripts Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the pharmacy. This position is 4 days a week with flexibility. This individual will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of all pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in a healthcare setting and will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The pharmacy operates on PioneerRx software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • 2+ years of pharmacy management experience
  • Knowledge of drug interactions and side effects
  • Familiarity with drug labeling requirements for dispensing controlled substances and non-prescription drugs
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with excellent interpersonal skills (friendliness, listening, interpersonal).
