Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Director for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with a 503A compounding pharmacy in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide both sterile and non-sterile compounding services within a highly regulated production environment. This role is ideal for a pharmacist leader who thrives in operational oversight, compliance management, and team leadership while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional Saturdays as neededSetting:
503A Compounding Pharmacy Full-time leadership role Key Responsibilities Serve as the legally designated Pharmacist-in-Charge for applicable pharmacy licenses Act as primary liaison for Boards of Pharmacy, inspectors, auditors, and regulatory agencies Maintain compliance with state, federal, FDA 503A, and USP regulatory standards Oversee all sterile and non-sterile compounding operations Direct fulfillment workflow, quality systems, and environmental monitoring programs Lead pharmacists, compounding supervisors, technicians, and production personnel Oversee batch record creation, execution, review, and final approval Support production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory accuracy Ensure facility readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum 5 years of experience as Pharmacist-in-Charge or Pharmacy Manager Extensive knowledge of USP , , and standards Demonstrated experience withFDA 503A
