  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacy Manager in a retail setting located in Mifflinburg, PA.
This direct hire position offers a chance to lead a pharmacy team while driving business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Location:
Mifflinburg, PA Schedule:
62 hours bi-weekly Variable day/afternoon shifts 10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm

ASAP Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the store operations team to engage pharmacy associates and communicate company strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations. Manage the pharmacy department's profitability by promoting clinical programs like immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Work with district management and pharmacy staff to control inventory, meet customer demand, and maximize profits. Align departmental objectives with key performance metrics, focusing on operational effectiveness and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing medical inquiries and providing healthcare counseling. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness standards. Resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty. Communicate with physicians and utilize reference materials to address prescription-related concerns. Prioritize and complete pharmacy department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls.
Qualifications:
