  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A Retail Pharmacy Manager position is available in Burnham, PA, offering a full-time, direct hire opportunity with flexible scheduling and a critical leadership role in pharmacy operations.

Burnham, PA Setting:
Retail Pharmacy Schedule/Hours:
10-hour shifts (typically 9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM) 11-hour shifts (typically 9:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM) 12-hour shifts (either 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM) Variable day and afternoon shifts, totaling approximately 62 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities:
Foster strong collaboration with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate company and department strategies effectively. Oversee prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations through diligent Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance. Manage inventory and sales tracking, and lead efforts in implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management for growth and profitability. Align department performance objectives to measurable key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver excellent customer service by counseling on medical issues and resolving concerns to build trust and loyalty. Provide supervision, training, coaching, and discipline to pharmacy staff to maintain performance and development standards. Ensure pharmacy security and cleanliness, along with efficient workflow management including inventory cycle counts and will-call coordination. Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues and support customer care needs.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
