  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy location is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their pharmacy department with a commitment to excellence and growth.
This direct hire position offers a dynamic work environment within a bustling retail setting, providing you the opportunity to manage pharmacy operations while engaging with both business and clinical aspects of pharmacy care.
Schedule/Hours:
Bi-Weekly:
62 hours 10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm Variable day/afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong collaboration with store operations and pharmacy associates to drive engagement and effectively communicate department and company strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance processes aligned with state and federal regulations. Develop a profitable pharmacy business by leveraging clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), to support script growth. Manage inventory and maintain financial goals by monitoring sales trends and ordering pharmaceutical stock accordingly. Align department performance with key operational metrics while delivering outstanding customer service and healthcare counseling. Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and associates, with responsibility for training, coaching, and discipline. Maintain the security and cleanliness of the pharmacy department and handle customer concerns to build trust and loyalty. Coordinate with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to address prescription questions and patient needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.
