- Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy manager position is available for a dedicated professional to lead and grow operations at a busy store location.
Location:
Burnham, Pennsylvania Schedule:
62 hours bi-weekly 10-hour shifts (usually 9:00 am- 7:00 pm) 11-hour shifts (usually 9:00 am
- 8:00 pm) 12-hour shifts (either 8:00 am
- 8:00 pm or 9:00 am
- 9:00 pm) Variable day/afternoon shifts
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong collaboration with store operations to promote associate engagement and align pharmacy and company strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription fulfillment through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance. Drive business profitability and prescription growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Manage inventory control, ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profit. Set and align performance objectives to key departmental metrics, fostering efficiency and effectiveness. Provide excellent customer service through counseling and addressing medical-related inquiries. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; handle training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness. Resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty. Liaise with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription-related concerns. Oversee ongoing training and development to enhance team performance and reduce turnover. Prioritize and complete pharmacy department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls in a timely manner.Qualifications:
