This role offers the opportunity to lead a busy pharmacy department, ensuring both excellent customer service and regulatory compliance, while driving business growth through clinical programs.

Variable day and afternoon shifts 10-hour shifts (9am
  • 7pm) 11-hour shifts (9am
  • 8pm) 12-hour shifts (8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm) Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with store operations to engage associates and communicate departmental and company strategies. Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions, complying with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance. Manage pharmacy inventory and track weekly sales, working with district management to maximize profitability and script growth via clinical programs like immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and healthcare counseling to build trust and loyalty. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness, prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of inventory management, cycle counts, and will-calls. Interact with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Strong leadership and organizational skills required This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range from $59.50 to $71.50 per hour, with potential for higher based on experience.
