This direct hire opportunity is tailored for a skilled Pharmacy Manager ready to drive department success through clinical expertise, team leadership, and strong business acumen.

10-hour shifts (9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM) 11-hour shifts (9:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM) 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM) Variable days and afternoon shifts Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate effective collaboration with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate strategy clearly to the pharmacy team. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance checks. Manage department profitability and drive prescription growth through clinical initiatives such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Oversee inventory management and work with district management to align stock levels with customer demand and financial targets. Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and foster trust and satisfaction. Maintain pharmacy security, operational cleanliness, and adherence to protocols. Prioritize daily department tasks including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer will-calls to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
