  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Lead the pharmacy operations of a busy retail location as a Pharmacy Manager in Burnham, PA.
This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers the chance to oversee pharmacy services, drive script growth, and foster collaborative relationships with the store operations team. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering top-quality pharmaceutical care and customer service.

Burnham, PA Schedule:
62 hours bi-weekly Variable day and afternoon shifts 10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations and associate engagement to meet department and company goals. Ensure accuracy of prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance. Promote profitable business growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Control inventory, track weekly sales, and order stock to meet customer demand. Align pharmacy performance to measurable departmental metrics. Provide healthcare counseling and address customer medical concerns. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff with training, coaching, and discipline. Maintain pharmacy security and regulatory compliance. Address and resolve customer complaints to build loyalty. Collaborate with physicians and utilize resources to resolve prescription issues. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment. Conduct ongoing personnel development to improve performance and control labor costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.
