  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Oversee pharmacy operations within a vibrant retail environment as the Pharmacy Manager at a well-established location in Burnham, PA.
This direct hire role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated pharmacy team, optimize pharmacy performance, and deliver excellent patient care while managing day-to-day activities.
Location:
Burnham, PA Schedule & Hours:
Bi-weekly hours: 62 Shifts vary between 10 to 12 hours:
  • 10-hour shifts: 9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM
  • 11-hour shifts: 9:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM
  • 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM Variable day and afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate strategic goals. Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance. Manage pharmacy inventory and support script growth by implementing clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, managing performance, training, and disciplinary matters. Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer concerns, and build patient loyalty. Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and comply with all operational policies. Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription issues and gather relevant patient information. Monitor key performance metrics to drive departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by leading pharmacy functions in a dynamic retail setting.
