We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join a healthcare operations team supporting pharmacy and patient access services. This is a great opportunity for candidates with healthcare experience who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and helping patients indirectly through administrative and pharmacy support work. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Patient Access Coordinator, or similar healthcare support position. Pharmacy Technician certification is not required. This is not a retail pharmacy position and does not involve face-to-face patient care. What You'll Do Support pharmacy prior authorization and healthcare coverage review processes Verify patient insurance and benefit information Communicate with providers, healthcare teams, and patients regarding documentation and follow-up needs Enter and maintain accurate information in healthcare and pharmacy systems Help resolve non-clinical issues and support smooth processing of requests Assist with referrals, scheduling support, and coordination of services Help patients access medication assistance and affordability programs Maintain accurate records while following healthcare privacy and compliance guidelines What We're Looking For Previous experience in healthcare, medical office support, pharmacy support, patient access, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Pharmacy Technician Medical Assistant Patient Access Coordinator Healthcare Customer Service Medical Office Support Insurance Verification Referral Coordination Why Join Us?
