Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

Or PharmD Upon hire:

Oregon Pharmacist License 3 years of Equivalent relevant pharmacy and data analysis in a Pharmacy setting. Pharm-D with Pharmacy Residency program is considered equivalent of 3 years experience. 1 year of experience with database query and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3). 1 year of experience/knowledge of clinical pharmacy and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, business administration, healthcare or a related clinical or analytic discipline. Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training and Pharmacy Residency with informatics rotation. 1 year of Epic experience. Why Join Providence?
