Full-time Monday-Friday Salary:
$28.07 - $37.98 (per hour) How you'll make an impact in this role: Pharmacy Technician with strong Medication Prior Authorization experience is required. Supervise daily staff operations and streamline medication navigation from diagnosis through delivery. Complete patient assistance program applications, including medication script translation. Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely medication delivery and issue resolution. Support team growth through stakeholder relationship management, staff training, hiring, and performance development. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Pharmacy Tech preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need: Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading initiatives or serving as a team resource. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
