Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to a large pharmacy team in an acute care setting Oversee budget management and financial operations within the pharmacy department Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and hospital administration to ensure optimal patient care and compliance Develop and mentor pharmacy staff to foster team growth and professional development Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy management experience 3 to 5 years of overall hospital pharmacy experience Proven budget management and financial oversight capabilities Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading large teams Active Tennessee Pharmacist License PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required Willingness and availability to work exclusively on-site Monday through
