TCS Required Technical Skills Experience in Retail Pharmacy Hands-on experience with User Story and Feature grooming Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as a functional SME 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner Strong work ethic, self-starter, highly productive in dynamic and collaborative environments Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders Business-level communication skills required Ability to facilitate dialogues that produce new perspectives and drive innovative recommendations Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and communicating a synthesized perspective to the scrum team
