Location:

On-site in the Nashville, Tennessee area Monday through Friday schedule

Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all pharmacy operations within the acute care setting Lead and develop a large pharmacy team, promoting collaboration and growth Oversee budget management and financial operations related to pharmacy services Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required Active Tennessee Pharmacist License Minimum of 3 years hospital pharmacy management experience 3 to 5 years overall hospital pharmacy experience Proven budget management and financial oversight capabilities Demonstrated strong leadership and team development skills On-site availability Monday through Friday is mandatory
