ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and strategic direction for the inpatient pharmacy department Manage and develop a large pharmacy team, fostering collaboration and professional growth Oversee budgeting and financial operations of the pharmacy Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to enhance patient care

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required PharmD or BS in Pharmacy degree Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy management experience 3 to 5 years of overall hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in acute care settings Proven budget management and financial oversight skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large pharmacy teams
